ZlenWorld is a community of diverse cultures, ages and beliefs. We created the Community Guidelines so you can help us foster and protect this upcoming community at the onset.

Content Safety -

ZlenWorld isn't a place for antagonistic, explicit, false or misleading, harmful, hateful, or violent content or behavior. We may remove, limit, or block the distribution of such content and the accounts, individuals, groups and domains that create or spread it based on how much harm it poses.

1. Appropriate Imagery – We don’t allow nudity on Zlen World, with some exceptions, like photos of sexual health, art (for e.g., sculptures & paintings), education, post-mastectomy scarring, women actively breastfeeding, well-being with adult nudity given the non-pornographic context, but we may limit its distribution so people don’t run into it accidentally.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for pornography. We limit the distribution of or remove mature and explicit content, including:
  1. Fetish imagery
  2. Vivid sexual descriptions
  3. Graphic depictions of sexual activity
  4. Images of nudity where the poses, camera angles, or props suggest pornographic intent
  5. NSFW material: Even images or links that could be considered borderline are not acceptable.
  We do our best to differentiate between pornography and other mature content. However, we reserve the right to remove any post we deem offensive. This goes for pornographic material, vile language, gore and generally gross stuff.
2. Exploitation/Graphical Violence – Graphic violence is not allowed and we may remove videos or images of intense, graphic violence to make sure that ZlenWorld stays appropriate for everyone. If shared in relation to important and newsworthy events, and this imagery is shared to condemn or raise awareness and educate, it may be allowed.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for exploitation of people or animals. We’ll remove or limit the distribution of content and accounts involved in practices that risk harm to people or animals, including sexual, physical, or financial exploitation. That includes:
  1. Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, like grooming, sexual remarks or inappropriate imagery. If we find it, we’ll report it to relevant authorities.
  2. Non-consensual images, meaning images of a private or sexual nature obtained or published without consent. This includes revenge porn and up-skirt images.
  3. Adult sexual services that may involve sexual or physical exploitation or trafficking, like sex cams and escort services.
  4. Human trafficking, slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labor.
  5. Other illegal commercial exploitation, like trading in organs or products made from human remains or body parts.
  6. The sale of wild animals or protected and endangered wildlife.
  7. Corpses, animal parts or products derived from cat or dog parts, or protected and endangered wildlife, including ivory.
  8. Irresponsible and harmful animal tourism or otherwise exploitative practices like organized animal fighting.
  Zlen World isn’t a place for graphic violence or threatening language. We limit the distribution of or remove such content, including:
  1. Content that shows the use of violence
  2. Disturbing scenes from before or after violent events
  3. Threats or language that glorifies violence
  In a few cases, we allow the saving of disturbing images dedicated to remembrance and advocacy, but limit distribution of such content in public parts of the platform.
3. Hateful Content - (Hate Speech, Bullying and Abuse) - We remove credible threats of violence, hate speech and the targeting of private individuals. We do not allow attacks or abuse based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability or disease.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for exploitation of people or animals. We’ll remove or limit the distribution of content and accounts involved in practices that risk harm to people or animals, including sexual, physical, or financial exploitation. That includes:
  1. Slurs or negative stereotypes, caricatures and generalizations
  2. Support for hate groups and people promoting hateful activities, prejudice and conspiracy theories
  3. Condoning or trivializing violence because of a victim’s membership in a vulnerable or protected group
  4. Support for white supremacy, limiting women’s rights and other discriminatory ideas
  5. Hate-based conspiracy theories and misinformation, like Holocaust denial
  6. Denial of an individual’s gender identity or sexual orientation, and support for conversion therapy and related programs
  7. Attacks on individuals including public figures based on their membership in a vulnerable or protected group
  8. Mocking or attacking the beliefs, sacred symbols, movements, or institutions of the protected or vulnerable groups identified below
  Protected and vulnerable groups include: People grouped together based on their actual or perceived race, color, caste, ethnicity, immigration status, national origin, religion or faith, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition. It also includes people who are grouped together based on lower socio-economic status, age, weight or size, pregnancy or veteran status.
4. Misinformation – We are not a platform for spreading conspiracy theories and misinformation, and will remove posts promoting obvious falsehoods.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for misinformation, disinformation, mal-information or the individuals or groups spreading or creating it. We remove or limit distribution of false or misleading content that may harm Users or the public’s well-being, safety or trust, including:
  1. Medically unsupported health claims that risk public health and safety, including the promotion of false cures, anti-vaccination advice, or misinformation about public health or safety emergencies
  2. False or misleading content about individuals or protected groups that promotes fear, hate or prejudice
  3. False or misleading content that encourages turning individuals, groups of people, places or organizations into targets of harassment or physical violence
  4. Conspiracy theories
  5. Content that originates from disinformation campaigns
  6. Factual information that’s published or deliberately modified to erode trust or inflict harm, such as changing or omitting of context, date or time
  7. Fabricated or meaningfully manipulated visual or audio content that erodes trust or causes harm
  Civic participation misinformation:
  1. False or misleading content that impedes an election’s integrity or an individual's or group's civic participation, including registering to vote, voting and being counted in a census
  2. False or misleading information about the dates, times, locations and procedure for voting or census participation
  3. Content that misleads voters about how to correctly fill-out and submit a ballot, including a mail-in ballot, or census form
  4. False or misleading information about who can vote or participate in the census and what information must be provided to participate
  5. False or misleading statements about who is collecting information and/or how it will be used
  6. False or misleading information about public safety that is intended to deter people from exercising their right to vote or participate in a census
  7. Content that encourages or instructs voters or participants to misrepresent themselves or illegally participate
  8. Content apparently intended to delegitimize election results on the basis of false or misleading claims
  9. Threats against voting locations, census or voting personnel, voters or census participants, including intimidation of vulnerable or protected group voters or participants
5. Harassment, Criticism and Trolling –
  
  “Trolling” is a big, messy term, but we know what trolls are and we won’t tolerate it. If you’re abusing the good conversations here at ZlenWorld, we will take your comments and posts down.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place to insult, hurt or antagonize individuals or groups of people. There are good reasons to express criticism, but we may limit the distribution of or remove insulting content to keep Zlen World a positive, inspiring place; this includes:
  1. Manipulated images intended to degrade or shame
  2. Shaming people for their bodies or assumed sexual or romantic history
  3. Sexual remarks about people’s bodies and solicitations or offers of sexual acts
  4. Criticisms involving name-calling, profanity and other insulting language or imagery
  5. Mocking someone for experiencing sadness, grief, loss or outrage
  6. Commenting on someone’s physical appearance, voice, or style
  7. Racism, sexism, and other discrimination: Attacking entire classes of people is just like attacking a single person: we’ll ban you for it.
  8. Personal attacks: Don’t attack or insult another user. It’s not helpful and it doesn’t make Zlen World a friendly place. This includes calling other members trolls.
6. Doxxing: Don’t reveal someone else’s personal information–
  
  We don’t allow content that reveals personal or sensitive information. We remove:
  1. Personal ID and passport information
  2. Private contact information and addresses
  3. Online login information (usernames and passwords)
  4. Photos of private people that they don’t want posted online
  5. Personal financial or medical history

7. Self-injury and harmful behavior – We do not allow glorification or encouragement of self-injury, including eating disorders. We do allow content that references self-injury and eating disorders if it is for the purpose of creating awareness or signposting support.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for content that displays, rationalizes or encourages suicide, self-injury, eating disorders or substance abuse. We’ll limit the distribution of or remove such content, including:
  1. Self-harm instructions
  2. Suicidal thinking and quotes
  3. Graphic or otherwise triggering imagery or descriptions of self-harm
  4. Promotion of self-harm
  5. Mocking of people who self-harm or who have attempted or died by suicide
  6. Images of accessories used to self-harm
  7. Negative self-talk and insensitive humor about self-harming behavior
  8. Suicide pacts, challenges and hoaxes
8. Illegal Content - We don’t allow support or praise of terrorism, organized crime or hate groups on Instagram. Offering sexual services and selling firearms and drugs are also prohibited.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for violent content, groups or individuals. We limit the distribution of or remove content and accounts that encourage, praise, promote, or provide aid to dangerous actors or groups and their activities. This includes:
  1. Extremists
  2. Terrorist organizations
  3. Gangs and other criminal organizations
  4. Illegal activities: Posting links to illegal downloads, ways to steal service, and other nefarious activity is not OK here.
  We work with industry, government and security experts to help us identify these groups.
  
  Zlen World isn’t a place for trading or selling of certain regulated goods—products or substances that can cause harm when used, altered or manufactured irresponsibly—or for the display or encouragement of dangerous activities. We limit the distribution of or remove such content and accounts, including:
  1. ndividuals and unlicensed retailers offering to sell, purchase or trade alcohol, tobacco, drugs and weapons, including firearms and accessories, firearm parts or attachments, or ammunition
  2. Content from or about unverified, unapproved or rogue online pharmacies
  3. Instructions for creating lethal or toxic substances
  4. Instructions for creating lethal weapons, like bombs or grenades, including 3d printed weapons
  5. Commercial sales of marijuana, marijuana products and paraphernalia
  6. Commercial sales of certain weapons and attachments
  7. Harmful pranks or challenges that risk imminent physical harm or extreme emotional distress, especially if showing or encouraging the participation of minors
  Zlen World isn’t a place for practices and products that may be harmful or deceptive. We limit the distribution of or remove such content and accounts, including, but not limited to:
  1. Instructions and products for hacking or breaching security measures
  2. Online gambling and lotteries
  3. Counterfeit documents
  4. Privacy violating products or services
  5. Exploitative financial practices
9. Impersonation –
  
  We don’t allow accounts that impersonate or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or organization. If you have a fan or commentary account for a public figure or brand, make it clear through your username or Zlen World profile that you aren’t officially affiliated with them.
  
  Multiple accounts and throwaway emails: We don’t allow multiple accounts per user. Using a disposable email address signals to us that you might not be here for the right reasons. You also may not create accounts designed to impersonate another person.
10. Comments - All of our Community Guidelines apply in comments posted. In addition, comments should be relevant. We may remove comments that violate our guidelines, including those that contain:
  1. Irrelevant or non-purposeful material
  2. Spam
  3. Sexuallly explicit content
  4. Self-harm content
  5. Misinformation
  6. Hateful activities
  7. Harassment or privacy violations
  8. Copyright or trademark infringement
11. Messages
  
  All of our Community Guidelines apply to messages sent between Zlen Messenger Users. Messages should also be welcomed and relevant. In addition to Zlen Messenger Users ability to block someone from sending additional unwelcome messages, we may warn or suspend accounts that violate our guidelines, including by sending messages that contain:
  1. Spam
  2. Sharing or solicitation of sexually explicit content
  3. Self-harm or suicide content
  4. Misinformation
  5. Hateful activities like racial slurs
  6. Harassing content or behavior
  7. Exploitation of private information
Intellectual property and other rights
1. To respect the rights of people on and off Zlen World, please:
  1. Don’t infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights including without limitation content shared from thirdparty platforms.
  2. Don’t do anything or post any content that violates laws or regulations.
  3. Don’t use Zlen World’s name, logo or trademark in a way that confuses people.
  Any violation by Users will make them entirely liable for such violation and Zlen will not be made party to any cases arising from such User liability.
Site security and access
1. To protect the Zlen World platform, we ask that you please:To protect the Zlen World platform, we ask that you please:
  1. Don’t access, use or tamper with our systems or our technical providers’ systems.
  2. Don’t break or circumvent our security measures or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, except as part of an authorized Zlen World bug bounty program.
  3. Don’t use any undocumented or unsupported method to access, search, scrape, download or change any part of Zlen World.
  4. Don’t try to reverse engineer our software.
  5. Don’t try to interfere with people on Zlen World or our hosts or networks, like sending a virus, overloading, spamming or mail-bombing.
  6. Don’t collect or store personally identifiable information from Zlen World or people on Zlen World without permission.
  7. Don’t share your password, let anyone access your account or do anything that might put your account at risk.
  8. Don’t attempt to buy or sell access to your account, boards, or usernames, or otherwise transfer account features for compensation.
  You can’t use Zlen World if it would be prohibited by law.
Spam

If it comes from a human or a robot, spam will be deleted. This includes self-promotion. Generally speaking, promoting your projects here will be treated like any other spam.

Spam falls under the following:
1. Using automation/bots will be disallowed and strict action will be taken by Zlen World. This includes unauthorized services that automatically perform actions on your behalf.
2. Creating or saving content that is repetitive, deceptive, or irrelevant in an attempt to make money.
3. Sending links to websites that are unsafe, deceptive, untrustworthy, unoriginal, or that facilitate or encourage spam.
4. Sending repeated, unsolicited messages, especially if your messages are commercial or deceptive in nature.
5. Using any other unscrupulous tactics to attempt to improperly influence distribution, clicks, or other metrics, including: buying or selling engagement, "stuffing" irrelevant keywords, generating inauthentic traffic, or redirecting existing links to new destinations.
6. Brand promotional posts by a company or organization or any commercial unit or person with an intent to promote its products or services on ZlenWorld. In such cases Zlen moderators / Zlen will have the right to remove such promotional posts or ban the user permanently from using the Application unless and except if such post is authorized or uploaded by Zlen.
7. Attempting to evade our anti-spam systems.
8. Any of the other above-mentioned actions/inactions under the Community Guidelines hereunder.
We’re trying to foster great exchange of information and we will remove comments that harm that endeavour. At Zlen World we are working very hard to keep the exchange informative and fun. The editors and moderators have the final say on whether a post/comment or any upload fits within our community guidelines.
User Responsibility
1. Users agree that they are posting any and all content voluntarily.
2. Any and breach of the Community Guidelines and or results of such breach will be the Users' liability entirely. Zlen is simply a platform and will not be held responsible for any default arising due to a Users action/inaction. Any legal action taken should be against the particular User and not Zlen.
3. Flagging/Reporting - You too can be a responsible User.
If you see something that you think may violate any of our guidelines, you can help us out by flagging. Any comments that are a reply to spammy / inappropriate / trolling comments will also be deleted with the original comment.

Flap/report a post by clicking the link provided on the media/posts/polls This is the link you use to report a post to the moderators. Use it on spam, on personal attacks, or on racist or sexist language. Do not use it to report stuff you disagree with or to hassle users. Our moderators work really hard, please help them help you!

We have an internal compliance team that reviews these reports, and works to remove any content that violates our guidelines. These teams give coverage to reports 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When you complete the report, try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames and descriptions of the content, so we can find and review it quickly.
Zlen World’s Actions

It is our policy to remove content that violates our community guidelines. We may remove entire posts if either the imagery or associated captions violate our guidelines. We also may disable entire accounts for violations of our CommunityGuidelines.

We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe that there’s risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.
1. Zlen will divulge details of the user to competent government authority in case if any legal notice/warrant issued against such user.
2. Zlen has the complete right to complaint to any authorized legal authority in case if a user is violating the Community Guidelines . Further, Zlen has the authority to initiate strict civil/criminal action against violators and/or suo moto initiate police complaints against any violators etc.
3. In case of a report abuse against any content upload, upon receipt of 5 reports on a single post the same will be removed from Zlen World for all the users.
4. Any other reason as we deem fit, User can be permanently banned and such account can be suspended if the same is a repeat offender upon receipt of 3 times of such reports.
5. Users give Zlen a worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable license to save and use the content uploaded with Zlen World’s Watermark in case of sharing to third parties and/or publishing for marketing of Zlen.
